The reason the rent is this low, there are two cons to the flat you should be aware of:

1) Access to the kitchen is through my bedroom/living room. Because of this, the flat isn't suited for someone who does heavy meal-prepping or enjoys spending hours in the kitchen. It’s much better suited to someone who likes to keep it simple with quick meals or enjoys the local cafes/takeaways.

2) I am on the third floor with no lift. It’s a great way to skip the gym, but you’ll want to be comfortable with stairs tbh!

It's a decent sized single room. It’s quiet, private, and located in a secure building.
