Hi there,

A very large, bright and airy double room is available in our lovely three-bedroom flat. With plenty of natural light and lots of storage, it’s a great space to make your own.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly, easy-going professionals working full-time in marketing and property management. We both have busy schedules and our own social lives, but we’re always up for the occasional drink and a chat. It’s a relaxed, respectful home rather than a party flat, as we’re usually up early for work.

The flat includes:

- A spacious shared living room
- A large kitchen with microwave, air fryer and brand new cooker
- Separate bathroom and toilet
- A private shared garden
- Plenty of storage throughout

The area is ideal if you enjoy having both green space and great local amenities nearby. Highbury Fields is just a short walk away, and Upper Street — with its excellent bars, restaurants and shops — is only two streets away. There’s also a great pub on the street itself.

Transport links are excellent:

5–10 minutes’ walk to Highbury & Islington and Angel stations
Less than a minute to Caledonian & Barnsbury station
Around a 15-minute walk, or a short bus ride, to King’s Cross

There are also some fantastic local pubs nearby, including a brilliant one at the end of the road with great food, music, sport and beers.

Bills:
Approximately £150 per month, covering gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, TV licence and Council Tax. We also have access to Amazon and Netflix.

On-street parking is available with a residents’ permit.

We’re ideally looking for a clean, tidy, non-smoking professional who’s looking for a comfortable, friendly home.
