2 rooms available in sunny 3-bed house ☀️☀️

I’ve got two good sized rooms going in a gorgeous sunny 3-bed house share, with a garden.

The larger room (£997pcm) is a great size, fits a double bed, desk and big set of drawers. It overlooks the garden, which is a total sun trap. It currently has a couple in it, and would also suit those who WFH.

The smaller of the two (£895pcm) still fits a double bed, a wardrobe and drawers, but is possibly less suited to couples or WFH. You’ll have the downstairs bathroom pretty much to yourself as well.

Both rooms will be unfurnished, though the outgoing tenants are happy to leave some things like beds/drawers if necessary.

All other rooms are furnished. The kitchen has had a newly fitted hob and fridge/freezer within the past 2 years, and comes with a dishwasher!

For couples, the rent would slightly increase.

Bills will come to roughly £100 each, often slightly less. Council Tax band D in Tower Hamlets= £51.05ppm each.

The area is so so nice, we’re a block away from Thames path, our nearest DLR station is less than 5 minutes walk away, as is the bus stop. Travel into central or further out is easy via the DLR/ Jubilee Line/ Elizabeth Line. We’re a short walk to the Greenwich foot tunnel as well, so loads to explore. The area itself is quiet and full of green spaces, we’re right by Mudchute farm (they have llamas!), but it’s so well connected it doesn’t feel far from all the action.

You’d be living with myself and my two fluffs Lyra (pup) and Echo (cat), who are excellent company and a constant source of entertainment. I’m 29 and work as a freelance musician. Happy to do pub trips/dinners etc but equally respectful of others space. It’s a pretty cool, creative, very chilled space so looking for someone to fit the vibe ✨

Being an animal lover is an absolute must. I’m open to couples, and am definitely queer friendly 🏳️‍🌈 Also open to WFH, wifi etc fully set up to support this.
