One bed shared flat Hoxton N1

A small, cozy room is available from Monday 25th of May in our friendly, female flat in Hoxton (N1).

It’s a private single room with a lockable door, and comes with a desk, clothing rack, and mirror—everything you need to feel comfy and settled.

The flat has a shared bathroom with a bathtub and showerhead, plus a shared kitchen where we all cook and hang out. The kitchen also features a washer and a dryer.
Additionally it is on the second floor, with a beautiful balcony entrance.

I’m looking for someone to move in. You’ll just need to go through a quick referencing process with my landlord—she’s a very lovely lady and easy to work with!
