I’m sadly leaving our lovely share house and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy starting mid-July (can potentially be flexible about an earlier move-in date).

About the Flat
🏡 Located in Murray Grove, Hoxton – a quiet street perfectly positioned near Angel, Shoreditch, and Hoxton.
🚇 Only a 7-minute walk to Old Street Station and its shops (Aldi, Superdrug, M&S, Co-op). Post office, Tesco and Sainsbury's are even closer!
🏠 Fully furnished flat with a cozy shared living space leading into a small balcony, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a separate toilet.
🛏️ The room has a double bed and plenty of storage (including a wardrobe and additional under bed storage)
🏢 The building also has a lift!

The Flatmates
You’ll be living with two Aussie guys in their late-20s who are super friendly, clean and easy-going.

📆 Available from 16th July 2025, but can potentially consider earlier move-in dates! 
💰 Rent: £950 per month (excluding bills). Bills are approx. £110/month (council tax band C, water, gas, electricity and internet).
📜 The agency requires references (e. g., from your manager) and proof of income. Your name will be added to the lease.
