Bright, spacious sublet in Hoxton

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take the second bedroom in my flat for 4–5 weeks from 4 May. It’s a short-term sublet in Hoxton, just 5 minutes from Columbia Road and close to the cafés, shops and atmosphere around Shoreditch and East London.

You’d be staying in a 2-bedroom flat with shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. I’ll be in the other bedroom for part of the stay, but I’ll also be travelling for around 2 weeks in May, so for roughly half of the period you’d have the flat to yourself.

The room would suit someone looking for a short London stay — for work, a temporary base, or between longer-term moves. I’m looking for someone clean, respectful and easy-going who is comfortable in a calm shared home.

I'm a 36 yo professional working (from the office Monday to Friday) for a pharmaceutical company in London. I'm originally from France and I moved here 6 years ago.
