This house is a real home with a generous amount of space for a London rental.

Located just a 2-minute walk from Honor Oak Park station, which connects to the Overground Windrush line - making it a great base for getting around London.

It’s a calm, respectful household currently occupied by four friends, with one person moving out. The space is safe and welcoming - a place to come back to, retreat, and relax. Everyone respects each other’s space, and while we may occasionally cook or watch movies together, it’s generally a home for independent people who value a peaceful sanctuary.

You’ll be sharing with three females in their 30s - Lucy, a creative technologist and Lia, a stylist (both with varied schedules and often out of the house), along with myself (Jess), who works in recruitment in a law firm and is home around 2–3 days during the working week.

What we’re looking for:
