Double room in shared flat with girls

I’ll sadly be moving out of my lovely room at the beginning of June this year (exact dates flexible, can be discussed) as I am getting married, so I’m looking for someone to take over the room (photos included), ideally a female professional.

Details:
- Double room in a 2 floor, 3-bed flat with open plan lounge and 1 bathroom
- Furnished (without chair only), comfortably fits a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers
- 5-minute walk to Holloway Road station and closest bus stop / 10-minute walk to Caledonian Road station
- In a super safe and quiet residential area and close to central London, you can walk to Kings Cross in 35 minutes!
- You would be taking over my part of the contract for the flat which is rolling monthly

Myself and my flatmates are 3 working professionals that met as students and have stuck together ever since! Flatmate 1 is from Malaysia and working as a doctor, and flatmate 2 is from Hong Kong and working as a pastry chef. All of us are 25 this year and we love doing girly relaxing activities together like watching TV shows at home, having tea parties, craft nights, shopping, visiting cute cafes, and sometimes attending sporty classes together!

I am looking for someone who feels like they would vibe with this, and a working professional so council tax can be split between 3 (tax band D)!
