Cozy single room , North London zone 2 (sublet)

We are: Marta, Ainara, and Fran, all from Spain, in our 30's & 40's

We have been living & working in London over 10 years, we are profesional, quiet, very clean, easygoing, respectful of our spaces in the house, and always up for a chat in the lounge or watching some Netflix together.

We are looking for 1 like minded girl, ideally in our range of age, to join us for at least a 3 months sublet but open for a long term . We have been living in this house for over 5 years, and we would love to have someone also thinking of staying for a while. We get along very well, is our kind-of little family

We don't bring random people at the house, but we bring friends occasionally. We have active social lives but not here as our home is kind of our 'safe space'.

THE AREA

Is in the area of Holloway / Caledonian road (picadilly line 8 min walking, overground, 12 min walk) close to Holloway road (with all the shops and supermarkets 5 min walk) or down the street Camden Town.

House is in a pedestrian street steps away from Camden Road. Very quiet and not noisy at all. Very bright and airy. Windows in all the rooms. Car park available close (council permit apart)

There are plenty of buses few minutes walking from the house (Camden Road, Holloway, Caledonian road.. )

THE HOUSE

It’s a four-room house, with three rooms upstairs and one downstairs. The living room is really big and bright, and it opens straight into the kitchen and out to the garden, so it feels very open.

There’s also a small WC downstairs. Upstairs you’ve got the other three rooms and the main bathroom with a shower.

The house gets loads of light, especially in the morning. It’s a really quiet, nice area, and the neighbours are very nice, we know most part of them and gives a nice sense of community.

THE ROOM

The room has a large window and is very bright. It’s a cosy space that’s easy to keep tidy and comfortable. It comes with a big chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a small double mattress. Our roommate has been living here for nearly six years and is sadly leaving us. The rent is 665, and bills are around 100 per person per month, including Netflix (we share a premium account).

Our house is a 'home outside home' and we are like a little family :) If you believe you could be a good fit please contact me!! No pets please! (Sorry)
