I’m looking for a new tenant to take over my room in a student accommodation on Holloway Road (end of May until end of Aug)

- Og rent £300 a week (early bird price so on the website it should say around £310-320
- 16m2, silver ensuite
- very spacious for a student accom in zone2
- a double bed, desk, plenty of storage space including a wardrobe and drawers, as well as space under the bed
- ensuite bathroom (with a shower)
- two windows facing north east—breezy and sunny all the time!
- laundrette on the ground floor
- close to Holloway Road and Finsbury Park (Piccy line), Archway (Northern line), Upper Holloway (Overground), and lots of buses to central London (17, 29, 43, 91, 263) and east London (253, 254, etc you get the point)

The reception holds parcels and runs maintenance/cleaners every week.
