Double Room with Private Roof Terrace

We have an unfurnished double room (with roof terrace) available in our lovely 3 bed house in a gated community.

We are two professional girls in our early 30s and we’re looking for another fun, kind, clean, and chill person (preferably late 20s to mid-30s) to join our house. We also have a cat, called Leo, so you will need to be happy living with him too!

The room is available from 1st June. Viewings will take place on 4th May.

Rent is £690 per month before bills (bills approx. £185 per month average, including council tax). This also includes a fortnightly cleaner for all communal areas.

We are located in Holloway/Archway/Finsbury Park area, so really good area with great bus and tube transport links (Victoria, Overground, Piccadilly, and Northern Lines) nearby. We have a good sized kitchen/living room combo and a bathroom with a bath/shower combo.
