The apartment has a separate sitting room, a well-equipped, spacious kitchen and a garden, offering plenty of space to relax. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Holloway Road Station (Piccadilly line) and 8 minutes to Highbury and Islington Station (Victoria line, Overground), so getting around is super convenient. You’ll also be a 2 minute walk to Holloway Road, 10-15 minutes walk to Upper Street (Angel), a 20 minute walk to Finsbury Park, and a 30 mins walk to Dalston so you’ll have ample access to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Highbury Fields just a 5 minute walk.

You’ll be sharing with Marcus, a 29 yo British geopolitical consultant and Arsenal fan, and Lena, a 27 yo lawyer from Germany working in the civil service. They're easygoing and relaxed - gel well in the house but equally have their own stuff going on. Ideally you work in the office at least three days a week, and you’re clean, tidy, and easygoing.

Looking for someone to fill the room from the 4th May. Rent is £810 per month, with bills c.£160 on top - include gas, electricity, council tax, wifi and a cleaner every 3-4 weeks.
