The house is on a quiet residential street, just a short walk from vibrant Brixton and the beautiful Brockwell Park – perfect for weekend walks, picnics, or summer afternoons in the sun.

• A beautiful garden with patio, dining table, and barbecue – perfect for summer evenings and the occasional relaxed house BBQ

💷 Rent: £800 per month (includes council tax & water)

Room 2: Available from 31st or April
💷 Rent: £700 per month (includes council tax & water)

⚡ Utilities: Around £40 per month for gas/electricity + £8 for internet. Energy costs may rise slightly during the winter months.

The tenancy is let directly by the landlord (who doesn’t live here).

Deposit is one month in advance, which will be the last month payment if you decide to leave.
