Flat share with only 1 girl - Hendon Central

I’m moving out of my room in Hendon Central and looking for someone friendly and responsible to take over. The rent is £675 + bills.

The flat has excellent transport links with easy access to central London, and it’s just a 4-minute walk to the Northern Line tube/buses. Thameslink 10min walk. You’ll be sharing with only one female flatmate.

This is a joint tenancy, so it’s more stable than a typical room rental. It also gives you flexibility – for example, if the flatmate moves out, you can take over the whole flat (£1350), find someone of your choice, or even move in with a partner. The current flatmate is planning to move out after the summer, so you could potentially have the whole flat to yourself for a good price in this area.
