Double room in all girls house N4 700pcm

I am looking for a girl to take over my double room in Harringay from May 22nd (also willing to move out later up until the 22nd june). Friendly and social household with 3 other girls (all working) with a big kitchen/sitting area and massive garden. My room will be empty with wardrobe/bed/shelves remaining

Looking for someone social and clean, preferably aged 20-26.

manor house tube - 15 min walk
bus (141/341/29) - 2 min walk
harringay green lanes overground - 2 min walk
harringay train station - 10 min walk
many shops and takeaways (aldi + sainsbury’s) around

2 bathrooms (1 shower) and a small spare room we sometimes use as a living room

Room is £700pcm and bills are not included (18 for water/ 11 for wifi/ 30 for gas + electrics/ 57 for council tax)
