We’ve got a lovely room opening up in our 5-person home in Harringay from April 25th 🏡

📍 Location
We’re perfectly placed just next to Finsbury Park:
• 3 min walk to Harringay station 🚆
• 8 min walk to the Overground
• 18 min walk to Manor House tube
• 10 min stroll to Aldi, Sainsbury’s, the gym, and TK Maxx
• And just up the road from the legendary The Dusty Knuckle

🏠 The house:
A spacious, relaxed home with:
• Bright furnished upstairs bedroom
• Cosy living room
• Big kitchen (2 fridges, freezers, ovens, stoves, and sinks!)
• 2 bathrooms (no morning queues!)
• Garden for sunny hangs 🌞

💰 The details:
• £930 pcm + ~£115 bills
• Deposit = 5 weeks rent
• First month upfront
• Agency requirement: tenant's salary/income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent

• Clean and considerate
• Up for a chat but also values downtime

You’ll be living with four friendly humans:
• One in marketing (30)
• One mechanic (31)
• Two civil servants (26 & 27)

We’re a social house (think TV nights, cooking together, the occasional pub trip 🍻 or craft session 🎨), but also respectful of personal space—no forced fun here!
