Bright single room in a family home

Your Room

We have a cosy single bedroom available in our home, suitable for someone who is comfortable living in a family environment. The room is furnished with a single bed, a wardrobe space, and access to a shared bathroom.

You’ll be sharing the house with us (two adults), our baby, and two children who stay with us part-time. We also have Milo, our friendly cocker spaniel puppy 🐶 so the ideal lodger should be happy around dogs. The house itself is generally calm, but like any family home, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds: Milo’s occasional bark or the baby at times. That said, everyone has their own room, and disturbances are minimal.

Shared spaces include:
• Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, plenty of storage)
• Living room
• Garden which is a communal outdoor space
• Additional storage area for luggage or larger items

We are looking for someone respectful, tidy, and easy-going , a student or professional who is comfortable living in a warm, busy, but well-organised family house. It’s a great fit for someone who prefers a homely atmosphere rather than a silent flatshare.
