We are looking for someone to move in to our house-share.

We are a friendly house of 6 people. We treat the house as our home and we like to keep a relaxed environment.
First and foremost, we are looking for a future housemate who is friendly, respectful and peaceful.
Monthly rent is £450 with all bills included.
Monthly rent to be paid on the last day of each month.
Our housemate who is leaving is moving out on 3rd May. We are holding viewings on 5th and 6th May so room will be available from 7th May with some flexibility to move in after this date but ideally no later than 31st May.
We will require a deposit of £225, to be paid before move in.
The room is small, with no additional storage space in the house. Only suitable for someone who has a less-than-average amount of stuff. The room is semi-furnished. The current furnishing of the room is different to the photos due to the current housemates needs and we understand that you might want to arrange the room to suit your own needs. So we recommend coming for a viewing to figure out how the room can work for you.
Not suitable for working from home.
There is a large kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower, and a garden in the back. There is a small shed outside for bike storage only.
We have a weekly cleaning rota, which you will be involved in.
We’re an LGBTQ+ friendly household.
The house is situated just off Green Lanes.
15 minute walk to Manor House station
12 minute walk to Turnpike Lane station.
8 minute walk to Harringey Green Lanes overground.
Viewings will take place on Tuesday 5th and Wednesday 6th in the evening.
