We’re on the lookout for a new flatmate to join our wonderful home near Seven Sisters Station, starting on the 1st of June. We’re a group of professionals in our twenties and thirties who are friendly, open-minded, and easy to get along with. We value good communication, mutual respect, and maintaining a positive, welcoming atmosphere in the house.

Our home is quite international, and we love keeping it that way! Currently, we have a mix of nice bunch of people, and we're excited to welcome someone new from any background who’ll add to the diversity and good vibes of our house.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Values a clean and tidy living space

- Is respectful and considerate of others

- Enjoys getting involved in keeping the house in good shape (weekly cleaning tasks)

- Wants to create a homey, harmonious environment with like-minded people

The location is fantastic thanks to the Victoria Line that takes you to Central London in 20-40 minutes (just 15 minutes to Leicester Square and Soho). There are night tubes and 24-hour buses nearby, and plenty of shops and restaurants around for convenience.

The room is £850 per month, all bills included. There’s a £425 deposit, which will be returned when you move out, as long as the room is left in good condition, but not to worry, this has always been the case.
