THE SPACE
Garden Flat is accessed through an exclusive side pathway which leads round the house to the garden patio. It opens up into a small hall with access to all the rooms, including a floor-to-ceiling utility cupboard and the bathroom.

The bedroom is to the right, overlooking a sunken front porch which lets in bright sunlight and is set back from the road to maintain its tranquility. It has a king size bed and there is also space for a travel cot or single air bed.

The main lounge with fitted-kitchen, breakfast bar and small dinning area lead left from the hallway, and have direct access to the peaceful seclusion of the garden patio. There is a 3 seater sofa, armchair and a coffee table. This room can be also accommodate a spare air bed if needed for third guest.

Guests can use the entire flat and the garden patio, including the private side pathway. The front garden of the house is a shared space.
