A cosy double room available on the top floor of a lovely little 3-bedroom maisonette just off Fulham Palace Road. The attic room has a slanted ceiling but it has lots of storage space and is nice and quiet. The flat has a shared living room and a modern kitchen and bathroom, and the room comes furnished (furniture may differ from photos).

Your flatmates will be two professionals: Tom (29M) and Ping (31F). We are good friends, and we love food, music and a pint by the riverside. We are looking for someone easy-going, tidy and sociable to join us long term.

The flat is a
- 10 minute walk to Hammersmith high street with great transport links and shops
- 5 minute walk to Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose
- 5 minute walk to the riverside

Bills are £150 per month in addition to rent including gas & electricity, water, council tax (Band D) and broadband.
