The house is fully furnished, has one shared bathroom and is in a really convenient location, everything (supermarkets, gyms, pubs, riverside walk) you need is nearby. The landlord is also genuinely very nice and responsive, which makes living here easy.
A bit about me: I’m quite extroverted and social. I enjoy hanging out, meeting new people, and occasionally having friends over for dinner or drinks, but I also appreciate quiet evenings watching movies.
Ideally, I’m looking for a someone who can be a friend, not just a flatmate - someone who is easygoing, tidy and responsible with bills. I am someone who enjoys a balance between doing their own thing and occasionally chatting, sharing a meal, or hanging out.
