Room for professional in big 5-bed houseshare

The room

We have a bright and airy double room overlooking our very peaceful street in our spacious 5-bedroom house. Extra storage/furniture is available if needed.

We are looking for a fun but cool non-smoking* professional** male or female over 25 to complete our mixed & international house share. We are all hard-working, sociable, tidy, considerate and we value our home as a place where we can chill after work and at weekends in good company.

You would be living with 2 guys & 2 girls: Jaclyn (South African) - working in healthcare - loves to cook & bake, travel and scuba; Csaba (say Chaba) is Hungarian, is a sculptor by trade and likes motorcycle touring abroad with his brother; Kay (Thai) runs her own corporate workshop business and loves playing tennis, cycling and healthy eating; and me (I'm Scottish). I work in property development and I love to keep-fit, take photographs, travel & do DIY.

You can see from the pictures that the house is bright, spacious throughout with huge lounge & dining area. We also have a piano! Also there's a big kitchen with washing machine & separate dryer. Other regular features include hi-speed wifi, 2 baths, a great shower, central heating and roomy back yard.

We also have a weekly cleaner who cleans the shared parts of the house (not bedrooms).

Additional bills (cleaner + energy) currently averaging £93 per person per month.

Excellent transport links in pretty much every direction. Even throughout the night, London transport lays on regular transport to get you home without much waiting or walking.1min walk from nearest Sainsbury's Local, 3min walk from Shepherds Bush Street Market and loads of bars and restaurants around here, 8min to nearest large supermarket. 10min walk to Westfield Shopping Centre.
