Looking for a new housemate from 1 May in our Hackney home!

The house:
The house is really cosy as it was renovated before we moved in Dec 2022, with a cute lounge, 2 bathrooms and a garden 🌸 We value a clean, tidy house and we’ve really made it feel like home over the years!

Bills are not included and are usually ~£100 a month depending. Location is great as we’re a sub 10 min walk from Hackney Central, 5 min walk from either of the big Tesco’s and a 15 min walk from London Fields & Victoria Park.

The room:
The biggest room in the house! Rent is currently £1035 excl bills. It comes with a bed and wardrobe.

About us:
We are Louisa (28), Liv (26) and Leila (29). We hang out as a flat but also have our own friendship groups, so we’re keen to live with someone of a similar age who we can be friends with and do nice activities, but who also values down time 🩷

We enjoy a mix of cosy movie nights in and the occasional night out. We’re into yoga, pilates, running, cinema trips, cycling, and love a cheeky coffee + walk round Victoria Park/Broadway Market when wfh! Louisa is in music marketing, Liv is in law and Leila is in finance, all with a mixture of WFH/office days throughout the week.
