* large, light double room (approx. 330cm w by 390cm l)
* furnished: 2 set of drawers, bed & mattress, desk and chair
* the previous housemate is selling their wardrobe for £130 (pictures at the end)
the house
* kitchen: microwave, dishwasher and a small breakfast bar for morning coffee!
* large front room/dining room with small balcony which gets the afternoon/evening sun
* bath with shower (with nice water pressure!)

the bills
* total £1150 for the flat between 2 pp (your share will be £675.50 for the larger room)
* bills on top split in half between 2 pp (internet, council tax, water, gas and electric)
* council tax: academic year 2026 - 2027 i will be eligible for 25% student discount so would be paying the other 50%
travel and nearby
* 30 min to charing cross, 15/20 min to london bridge, 20 min to south bank by rail
* regular buses 5 min walk away
* lidl 10 min walk away, sainsburys local and tesco express 5 min away
* park 10 min away part of the green chain walk - the flowers are blooming atm 🥲
the vibe
* quiet block with friendly neighbours and children

* studying for my ma in psychosocial studies - heavily influenced by decolonial, critical race, black feminist and queer theory - part time work
