Flat in heart of Greenwich needs housemate!

Hello everyone!
We have a really cosy homely cute flat in the heart of Greenwich. Our housemate has a new job the other side of town so is moving SW
The room is available from JUNE 1st. The room is small and furnished with a dresser, wardrobe and a Double Bed.

We are two working professionals, Tom bartends at Soma so excellent cocktails ! I work in sales & strategy . We want someone who values a clean tidy house, and is considerate of each other's feelings about how we live, although we have opposite schedules and travel a fair bit (tom is in Greece for a week now), we love a good catch up! We try to be aware of each other's work schedules and see if we can hang out - Usually weekends or pints in the pub by the park on Sunday.
The house has a great shared living space, fully furnished kitchen, stacked with all the gadgets - sous vide, vac pac, blenders, baking trays Japanese knives, gaggia espresso machine etc…(I cook, our last housemate baked.) washing machine, bathroom which has just been re-tiled, a super comfy sofa and bar area. The kitchen is the hub of the home and I'll always be cooking and eating on my days off and would love someone to join in.

Really looking for someone who wants to make the flat their home, the landlord is pretty cool with us painting and decorating - current projects include new shelf in the kitchen, art work for the hallway, building a plant nursery, so someone who wants to feel at home would be ideal.

The flat is literally a 30-second walk from Greenwich station which is 10 min train to London bridge. Also 14mins to Cannon Street(next to Bank station).The DLR is 9mins to Canary Wharf then a hop on the Lizzie line.
Also you can cycle to London Bridge on the cycle route in 20 mins

Our preference is for a female housemate for balance .
Also, due to the house being small but comfy we are looking for someone that is NOT WFH - Tom and I work / are outmost evenings so whomever is at home will have the flat to themselves in the evenings which is quite nice.
