I’m offering my ensuite room for a short let. ( Dates TBD )

The flat is a modern 2-bedroom apartment, with a shared open-plan kitchen and living area. The building also offers excellent communal facilities including a workspace area, coffee shop, gym, cinema room, and a residential lounge.

Location & Transport:
The property is conveniently located between two DLR and Thameslink stations, with bus stops nearby.
• Canary Wharf: ~10 minutes by DLR ( Elizabeth Line + Jubilee)
• Central London: ~30 minutes by DLR/train
• Canada Water (Overground access): easily reachable by bus

There’s also a main shopping area just 5 minutes’ walk away—everything you need is close by and easily accessible.

About the flat:
There are currently two of us living here (myself and one other housemate). I’m renting out my room temporarily. This could be ideal for someone new to London, or anyone in between places and looking for a comfortable short-term base.
