Whole apartment ideally for couple - lodger basis

I’m looking for a lodger(s) for my 2 bed apartment - I’m primarily based in the UAE and will only stay at the apartment once every few months so the entire apartment will be yours 95% of the time. I’m renting it at a £500 a month discount to the market rate for the whole apartment due to the inconvenience of having me around for a few nights once in a while. Apartment was valued at £2600 by agent and you’ll get the whole thing for £2100 - most ideal for a couple as it’s a fairly large apartment and I’ll be hardly ever be there. Ideal if you want to use the second bedroom as an office most of the time!

Apartment is beautifully furnished and really well maintained (I never intended to rent it out but I got moved to the UAE office). Ideally looking for a couple or individual who takes a lot of pride in where they live.

The apartment is a 3 minute walk to the DLR (literally 10-15min max commute if you’re based in Canary Wharf or an 8 min train to London Bridge). It’s also a 7/8 min walk to the Greenwich village area (Cutty Sark) and Greenwich park so loads of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. It’s a lovely part of London to live in, especially on the weekends.

It’s available from 1st May and ideally looking for someone to stay at least 6 months but ideally longer.

I’ll cover the WiFi but other bills are not included.
