The building has a concierge, secure entry and bike storage, so it’s ideal if you commute by bike or want extra peace of mind. You’re seconds from the Thames Path for runs and leisurely walks, with the legendary Dog & Bell and other local pubs a short stroll away.

Notable neighbours include Olivia Dean, Micky the Stork, and the occasional seal on Deptford Beach. Loads of green spaces make this neighbourhood feel like it’s not even London. Quick access to London Bridge/Cannon St/King’s Cross from Deptford train station, and to Canary Wharf via the DLR.

Current flatmate is a professional who works fully remote for a fintech startup, but is often at a coworking space or a local cafe. When not working, he is found at the gym or running alongside the river.
