Tesco Express, Sainsbury's Local, Waitrose pharmacy, Eastern European shop, gym, cafes, restaurants and Greenwich Park all within a walking distance.

🏡 The Flat

The building has a concierge service and secure bike storage.

The flat is furnished and equipped with everyday essentials, mostly owned by one of the current flatmates. There is also a robot hoover which helps keep the shared spaces tidy.

The room comes with a bed and wardrobe. A desk, chair and lamp will be available for purchase.

💰 Rent/deposit/bills

The rent for the room is £1000. The deposit is approximately £1155.

We pay the following bills (per person, approx/month):

Council Tax: £70
Electricity: £23
Water: £15
Internet: £15
Netflix (optional): £6

Hot water and heating are included in the rent. All other bills are split evenly.


🐶 Pets

We can have dogs in the flat. Preference is for small dogs that don’t shed.

👋 About Us

Lachezar:
I’ve been living in London for 9+ now. I work in a hybrid setup (one day from home), and while I’m usually out and about during the week, I enjoy the occasional meal or hangout with my flatmate. I respect personal space but also value good communication and enjoy having a friendly chat from time to time.

Veronica (moving out):
I’ve lived in London for almost 10 years. I usually work 2–4 days from the office and the rest from home (typically my room). Evenings are often spent at a pilates or yoga class, and I play tennis on the weekends. I enjoy a calm and respectful home environment but also appreciate the occasional hangout or shared dinner. Moving out as I’m moving in with my partner.
