Hello!

After 2.5 years, a job change is taking me away from my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat that I’m genuinely gutted to leave. I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our top-floor home and live with my lovely housemate, Julia.

Rent: £1,450 pcm
Bills: ~£200 pcm
Deposit: £1,615 (Protected by DPS via Dexter's)
Available: June 20th

The Flat:
It’s a large, high-spec flat spread over two floors. The highlight is the rooftop balcony—it’s a sun trap in the summer and perfect for breakfast or evening drinks. We have a large living room and kitchen which has a dishwasher. The separate laundry room has a washer/dryer in it too, and there's loads of storage in there which is really useful. The flat has high ceilings and feels really light and roomy.

Your Room:
A good sized, quiet double tucked away from the street. The main bathroom is right next door, so it’s "essentially" your own ensuite.

I’m also open to selling my furniture (IKEA bed/wardrobe/drawers, all less than 2 years old) if you're moving from somewhere that was furnished before - this will depend on whether I move into a furnished/unfurnished flat.

Location:
Really good transport links and a ~10 minute walk away from Westfield.

5 minute walk to Goldhawk Road (H&C / Circle). ~10 minute walk to Shepherd’s Bush (Central / Overground) — or a 3.30 minute Lime bike (I’ve got the timing down to a science).

There's some great pubs and two cinemas on your doorstep. It's a 5-minute cycle to Hammersmith or Chiswick, plenty of shops nearby, it's a great place to live.

About Julia:
Professional in her early 30s. She’s easygoing, active (enjoys the gym and swimming), tidy and great to live with — easy to get on with and respectful of personal space. She's also an amazing cook and is always offering me food!
