Single Room rental - Bills & cleaner included

Single bedroom available in my home, for one person - who will be out at work during the day, and not working or studying from home. A cleaner and all bills are included. Minimum 6-week stay.

This is a light and comfortable single bedroom with a basin in the room. Everything is freshly decorated and carpeted and the mattress is new. It is bright, cosy and quiet, and overlooks the garden at the back of the house. There is good Wi-Fi, and a desk, chair, cupboard and chest of drawers.

A duvet, pillows, blanket and linen (sheets/towels) are provided. I have a lovely cleaner who will clean your bedroom and bathroom once a week.

You are welcome to make light use of the kitchen.

The house is in Fulham, which borders Chelsea and is close to central London. It is on a quiet and peaceful residential street, with Bishop’s Park and the river close by - but there are many shops, bars and restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away and good transport links into central London. The closest tube station is Parson's Green which is about an 8-minute walk, and the No. 14 bus, with its excellent route into central London - Fulham-South Kensington-Knightsbridge-Hyde Park Corner-Piccadilly - is just around the corner.

This is a quiet, safe and comfortable home in which to rent a room and I hope you will find it warm and welcoming. It is not, however, a house-share, and is best suited to those happy to be fairly independent and self-sufficient.
