Room for rent ~ 5 min walk to Fulham Broadway

Hello! I’m moving back to the U. S. for work, as my company has asked me to relocate to California.

I’ve been living here with my friend for the past two years, but I’m now looking for someone to take over my lease. Ideally, I’d love to find someone long-term if possible.

My flatmate is a working professional and is in the office five days a week. The flat itself is in pristine condition and comes fully furnished, as I furnished it myself, so there’s nothing you would need to bring.

There is no security deposit required, and all bills are included, including council tax.
