This stunning top floor room in a 3 storey, 3 bed flat in Fulham has a gorgeous roof terrace attached to the bedroom which is a total suntrap throughout the summer months and is completely private.

The double room has a modern en-suite with a bath/shower and heated towel rack.

The room has a huge amount of storage space with a 4 door wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, and additional space in the hallway at the top of the stairs outside the room.

You would have the whole third floor to yourself, so it feels like a penthouse.

The flat is part of a gated community, so very safe, quiet and secure. There are also bike lockers.

The 3 floor flat consists of this room for rent on the top floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, and on the lower ground, a huge dining/living room with plenty of space for working from home, and a separate big modern kitchen with a washer, dryer and dishwasher. There is also a further outdoor space (lightwell) attached to the living space.

The two tentants who will be remaining are both in their early 30s and working professionals. One is at the office every day and the other works from home twice a week. They are looking for another female of a similar age. We host a book club every so often, go to the gym, love to cook, enjoy a glass of wine, and have a good balance of nights out socialising and wholesome evenings in on the sofa chatting or watching TV. We're clean and tidy, and looking for someone who thinks the above sounds like it would suit them too!

Location wise, the flat is 10-15 min walk from Barons Court, Fulham Broadway, West Brompton and Hammersmith.

We are also a 10 minute walk from the river, The Crab Tree, and all the amazing pubs along the Thames path.

There's loads of great local amenities, with a tesco and Co-op just opposite, an off license and amazing Mexican right outside the gated community, and quick walk to North End Road for bigger supermarkets, gyms etc.

This room really is perfection, and whoever gets to take it over from me is very lucky. I am going to miss it a lot, it's the best room I've ever had and I adore my flatmates. You couldn't ak for better girls.
