Experience the best of London (Fulham / Parsons Green) in this double-glassed, non-smoking, end of terrace original Victorian lion house. 3 months availability only. Maximum 3 people (couple + 1). Cafés, restaurants, gyms, and supermarkets are right outside. The house will be rented fully furnished with kitchen wear, sheets, pillows, towels, duvets, TVs, washing machine, drier, dishwasher, microwave, air frier, cooker, etc.

Access to the kitchen, basement, 2 bedrooms, 3 toilests, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, top floor, front patio and common areas. Bedrooms #2 (ground floor) and bedrooms #3, #4 (first floor) are not accessible and not included in this rental (proprietor uses these rooms for storage). The property has 3 toilets. This house is not for disabled people because of stairs. Total 4 stories. No children under 10 or pets allowed because stairs could be dangerous for them.

Room 1 at ground floor has a single bed. Ideal for a child or someone who is no taller than 1,80cm. Room 2 has a double bed.

This advert is for the entire property and not for individual rooms. There will be one Short Term contract only for this advert. We accept that you buddy up, meaning you do not need to be part of the same household.

We cannot guarantee the Council will give you a parking permit considering 3 months term, but the proprietor commits to facilitate free visitor parking sessions from 5:30PM to 8:00 AM with his RINGGO app. Evening parking is free with a visitor permit.
You can use apps to find private parking nearby too.

There are items which belong to the landlord that come with the property: books, pictures, decoration. Not all of these can be removed for 3 months only.

The property has building insurance, boiler insurance, gas safety check, EPC D and Council tax F (included in the price).
You will need a tv licence to watch live tv from the ground floor(not included).
TVs are loaded with streaming apps: Prime Video, Disney, AppleTV, Now TV entertainment.
Wifi is fiber : 1Gb speed.
You will not have access to a fixed telephone line. You cannot install a fixed telephone line either. Use your mobile phone.
For the purpose of this rental, 3 months = 90 days in total (not 90 nights).
The proprietor will spend 90 days in Turkey why he is renting his house. You'll collect keys from the proprietor and return keys to the proprietor.
PS. 1) Viewings are possible and ideally on Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays. 2) Contract term to start any time; ideally between 1st and 7th June. 3) Cleaner will be provided at discretionary intervals. Again, not a shorthold tenancy agreement. All bills included.
