Forest Hill House

We have a lovely house in Forest Hill with a room becoming available! We are looking for a fourth housemate, there are already three of us in the house (two male and one female - Canadian/Australian/Catalonian), we are all artists/writers in their mid-late thirties and many of us work from home. The house is really big and very nice - the room is super bright. We are a 10 minute walk from Forest Hill Station which has links to overground service and trains to London Bridge. We are also close to many parks - Mayow Park is nine minutes away, close too is Horniman Garden and the ancient woodland of Sydenham. We are tidy in the house and adhere to a weekly cleaning rota, so this is important in a potential housemate, we are looking for someone age 30+, we are also a LGBTQIA+ friendly household. Bills are 100/month, and unfortunately we have a longstanding deal with our landlord to pay six months in advance (sorry to everyone who this is not accessible for)
