One of our lovely housemates is moving out, so we have 1 room available. We’re looking for someone to take over long-term and make this place home.

It’s a ground floor flat, with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.

We’re on a fairly quiet street, about a 5 min walk from Clissold Park and 10 mins to Finsbury Park and the station.

- Rent is £785 a month and deposit is £865. Bills come to approx £150 a month.

- All the furniture in the room is available for £100.

- Move in date is 24th May!

You’ll need to be in full time employment to pass the reference check.

Izzy - I’m 28 and have been living in London for six years. I enjoy going to concerts, cooking and (sometimes) running. My job relates to climate policy and I work couple of days from home every week 🌱

Katie - I work in Film and TV production, I’m 28 and been living in London for 5 years. I’m pretty social, I love a trip to the pub (we’ve got some of the best near us) and also a wine night in. Also a big fan of a park day, and enjoying the sunshine ☀️
