The flat is on the ground floor of a beautiful, low traffic zone road. It's super quiet, and only a 7 min walk from the very best connected station in North London - Finsbury Park station (Piccadilly, Victoria, Thameslink, trains etc). The flat is just off Blackstock road with lots of cafes, pubs, and restaurants super nearby. It's also within easy walking distance to Islington, Stoke Newington, Crouch End.

The flat has a study (large enough for 2 more desks), a TV room, large kitchen dining room, two bathrooms, and a front and back garden. Lots of space for bike storage, and a side gate with easy access to the front street. Our friends are moving out and we are looking to replace them at the start of May (can be from as early as 26 April!).

We are a couple - John (29) is from Glasgow and Natasha (28) is from Croatia. John works in publishing in Cambridge, and Natasha is an A&E nurse. We love camping, hiking & the great outdoors, as well as cooking and hosting potlucks, going to the pub, and cosying up with a good book!

From May we'll be on a rolling lease (with 2 months notice) - we are in the process of buying a flat nearby, so planning to move out at the end of the summer!
