We have a room coming up in our friendly three-bed flat and are looking for someone who’d enjoy being part of an easygoing, relaxed home. The flat has a big open kitchen/living space where we often cook, chat or watch a film, and it opens onto a leafy private terrace at the back. Move-in is flexible from April.
You’d be living with Isabella (34), a psychotherapist, and Hayley (38), an architect, plus Buffy, a very sweet five-year-old staffy. It’s a sociable house with a nice, easy rhythm. Sometimes we cook together or go for a walk in the nearby park, but everyone also has their own lives. It’s not a party house, but it’s also not a silent one: we like living with people we genuinely get along with. We share a cleaning rota and a Splitwise.
The room is a small double next to the living area and kitchen, with large doors opening straight onto the terrace, which the flat has private use of. It fits a double bed, a wardrobe and drawers comfortably, and perhaps a small desk. It can be furnished with the basics if you need.
Rent is £1031 per month, with bills usually around £100 (council tax band B). The tenancy is through an agency, so employment and salary referencing will be required.
If it sounds like somewhere you might feel at home, send us a message and tell us a bit about yourself.
