Double room with two large windows on top floor

We have a large double room available for rent from now.

Sill in Islington and within walking distance of Highbury we are very well connected via tube (Victoria and Piccadilly lines), bus (to close-by Camden, Crouch End or Hampstead Heath) and train (Thames link from Brighton to Cambridge).

A stone's throw away from Finsbury Park and Arsenal stations, the part furnished room (bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers-no sofa anymore) is very spacious, with plenty of light.

The property comes with a shared living/dining room (not so common anymore!) and a small kitchen, which everyone keeps very clean and tidy. There’s also a bathroom with a tub and a separate toilet.

Andreas (German/Spanish) works in marketing at an asset manager and Monica (from Spain too), works in social service.

Bills not included and split equally (approx 120 monthly/person).
