We’re a relaxed, respectful household looking for someone to join — ideally another couple young professionals who enjoy a calm, respectful space.

You’ll be sharing with two other young professionals who work in the city — everyone’s independent but friendly, and we like keeping the home easygoing and tidy.

The house has two bathrooms, a bright living room, terrace, ample storage, washer/dryer, and bills around £110/month.

It’s a 6-month rolling contract through a reliable agency, so everything’s smooth and straightforward.

Transport is very convenient: it’s a 15–20 minute walk to both Elephant & Castle and Borough stations, and there’s a bus stop just 4 minutes away with frequent, direct services across London.

We’re not a party house — just a group of people who appreciate a peaceful, comfortable home. One of us is a singer, often practicing during reasonable hours (nothing too wild — promise!).
