I’m moving out of my en-suite room in Hackney and helping my flatmates find someone to take over the spot.

The flat is on the 4th floor and very modern. It features a south-facing balcony and large windows, so there is constantly plenty of natural light, the photos don't really do it justice.
Flat has a diswasher + washer/dryer and plenty of storage space throughout the house.

Your room:
The room is a large double with its own en-suite. There is significant built-in storage and more than enough space to fit a desk for wfh.
The room has a built in wardrobe + and a small extra walk-in storage

As far as who you will be living with in their own words:

"You will be living with two flatmates: Lisa is an actor in her early twenties, who dabbles in BMX, film crewing, and has a day job to keep things stable.

Alex is a vegan art school dropout turned growth partner for a climate tech company who has just crossed over into his thirties"

Ideally, they are looking for someone who is likewise friendly, communicative, clean, and perhaps creatively inclined (either through work or simply interests).

Location:
• 5 min walk to Hackney Wick Overground
• ~15 mins to Stratford Westfield (Jubilee / Elizabeth Line / etc)
• Opposite the V&A East Storehouse
• Seconds from the Here East shuttle to Stratford
• My own commute was about ~25 mins to Liverpool Street / Shoreditch
