Hi, I’m Giulia and I’m heading back to Italy, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our bright 3-bedroom flat!

This flat is really a lovely place to live: the room is great, the flat itself is fantastic and you’d be joining two amazing flatmates who have made it feel like home, Valeria (Italy) and Lucas (Brasil), both friendly, easygoing professionals.

They both have their own routines, but enjoy socialising from time to time, whether that’s a chat in the kitchen or the occasional hangout.
They’re looking for someone who is also working, ideally with a similar pattern (full office-based or hybrid like 2-3 days a week from the office).

🛏 **The Flat**

* 3 bedrooms total
* You’ll share a bathroom with Valeria (Lucas has an ensuite) * Clean, tidy and respectful household
* Cleaner comes every 4–5 weeks for a deep clean

Set in a beautiful area with plenty of green spaces, cafes, bakeries and restaurants.

* 2 min walk to Stratford International
* 3 min walk to Westfield Stratford (super handy!)

* 10 min walk to the National Express stop for Stansted Airport
