We have one double room in a three-bed flat available in East Village, Stratford - as pictured in photos and video of Bedroom 2. It comes fully furnished (though furniture can be removed if you have your own), with all bills including water, power, heating and council tax included in the listed price. 1 minute from Olympic Park, 3 minutes from Stratford International DLR and 12 minute walk from Stratford station, with lots of lovely cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Move in dates available from 1st of April, with new tenants starting their tenancy from 15th of April.

Friendly house with 2 WFH professionals. We have a kind and clean flat, occasionally watch movies or have dinner together, but also respect that sometimes after a big day some personal space is needed. We don't often have big events in the flat as it's our space to relax, but do like to have friends round sometimes and flatmates are welcome to join in! Ideally looking for someone who works away from home, but otherwise open to any takers.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed, two bed side tables, a chest of drawers and a huge closet. You will be sharing a bathroom with one flatmate, as the third room is en suite.

The living room has a 6 seater table for dining and two sofas for lounging. The garden is a terraced large balcony where flowers fruits n veg are grown, again with sofas, good for relaxing with your morning coffee :)

The flat has a dishwasher, sizeable double fridge freezer, washer/dryer, and the usual amenities.
