You’ll be sharing with a friendly, tidy professional who enjoys keeping the flat relaxed and homely. She’s looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and considerate. There’s a good balance of socialising (occasional chats/meals) and personal space.

* Rent: £1085 per month
* Bills: approx. £150 per month
