Hello! I’m looking for two new flatmates to join this split level garden flat just off Lordship Lane. It’s a great location and I’ve been lucky to call it home for a few years.
My current flatmates are moving into their first couple home (cute) so I’m looking for two new people who want to live somewhere friendly and homely.
If you’re sociable and like a balance of going out and having your own interests, and staying in and having a chill flat catch up, then I’d love to hear from you :)
THE ROOMS
Room 1: A large double with a bay window on the lower ground floor. It comes with a king size ottoman bed frame (no mattress) and a wardrobe.
Room 2: A sunny south facing double on the upper ground floor with a view of the garden. It comes with a double bed, drawers and wardrobe.
THE FLAT
It has a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and a dining room that leads onto the garden. It’s in a great location just off Lordship Lane for all your brunch needs and bus and train connections.
THE MONEY
The rooms are both £867 / month. Deposit amount is TBC but likely to be five weeks’ rent. Bills aren’t included but at the moment we all pay £150 into an account each month to cover council tax, utilities, internet and flat bits and pieces.
