Hey! We’re looking for two girls to replace myself and another housemate in our lovely three-bed apartment in East Dulwich. I've lived here for nearly three years and have loved it, but both of us are moving for new jobs.

About the Flat:
Bright and well spaced sitting room (unfortunately some of the furniture is coming with me but our current housemate already has a wishlist for what furniture she’s excited to get)
Brand new kitchen with all the essentials

3-min walk to East Dulwich Station
7-min walk to Denmark Hill Station
Right across from Dulwich Hamlet football pitch (great if you're a fan!)
Tons of great coffee spots, restaurants, and M&S just 5 mins away
10 mins to Lordship Lane and Goose Green
20 mins walk to Peckham Rye
In a quiet, leafy, and very safe area - lots of families and a real community feel

Bills:
£100 for all of our bills (water, WiFi, gas & electricity) and council tax for the month

The two rooms available come furnished and both have double beds. The deposit for both is £1000. The medium size room is £905 a month and the smaller room is £840.

We can move out earlier if needed but have a goal of the 19th of May.
