Hey guys! We are really sad to be leaving this house in East Acton, and are looking for an awesome person to take our place!

The current flatmates are a really nice and friendly bunch made up of kiwis and Brit’s. We all like to spend time together, but also appreciate each others space and privacy.

Everyone is a working professional who are respectful and kind and value a flat feeling like a home.

Looking for someone easy going, clean that doesn’t mind a beer on the weekend.

- 10 mins walk from the central line
- 20 mins walk from the Lizzie line
- 10 mins walk into East Acton high street - Lidl, Iceland, liquor store, kebab shop etc

-5 mins walk to Wormwood Scrubs (great for nature walks as it’s a huge field surrounded by forest)
-3 mins walk to ‘the green’ which is a smaller green space with an outside ping pong table and well maintained grass for picnics

The room itself is a really big size! It comes with a double bed, desk, huge built in cabinets & its own bathroom & shower.

The house has a large communal lounge and kitchen with a really large garden and a patio area. There is also a shed out the back with a darts board and table tennis table.

Move in date would be from the 26th of April.

Deposit is £1100!

We are a married couple who have been here for over 5 years and have made a lot of amazing memories in this flat! We are moving out because we are relocating out of London.
