I am sadly moving out of our lovely flat and looking for someone to take over my room!

The flat is in Earlsfield which is a lovely, well connected area that has always felt very safe. The upstairs flat is on a quiet road and overlooks the hockey pitches/sports fields and a beautiful sunset in summer! There’s a small balcony and sunny garden which is lovely in summer evenings & locks so is secure for bikes!

Earlsfield has everything you’d need - lots of coffee/brunch/dinner spots, pubs, charity shops, reformer/pilates studios plus a Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s and M&S 💕

We have lived here for almost 3 years and I am only leaving to move in with my bf, otherwise I would very happily stay 🤍 We have a good relationship with the landlord who is very helpful when needed!

You’ll be living with two lovely, friendly, sociable girls, Clara and Cait, who work in the NHS & in the city. If you work from home you’d have the house mostly to yourself during the day. We enjoy sports, brunch, a walk on the common and a night in-front of the telly, but also value our own space.

We’re looking for a girl of a similar age who is friendly, clean and respectful💛

-> 3 mins to Clapham junction
-> 3 mins Wimbledon
-> 8 mins Vauxhall
-> 13 mins Waterloo
20 min walk to Tooting Bec (Northern Line)
