Double Room in Earlsfield

I’m moving out after 5 years with these lads and genuinely some of the best people to live with. The only reason I’m leaving is to help out a mate who’s got no one else to move in with. (Attached photo of us at the end). Can be female or male replacement.

- One double bedroom
- Large bathroom
- Fully furnished with fitted cupboards
- Large open plan shared lounge with a large balcony, storage room access. (One of the biggest balconies ive seen in london lol)
- Large communal garden in the building

They’re easy to live with: clean, respectful, and give you your own space, but also always up for a laugh or a trip to the pub or playing football. It’s a good balance. Rarely party aswell and don't do it in the house. If your looking to feel homley then this is it.

This isn’t just a room fill — I’d want whoever moves in to actually get on with them. They’ll likely renew in October, and honestly, living with a solid group like this makes London a much better experience. I think there appreciate having another mate in there circle too.
